Today's porcine adventure

Today was another warm NorCal winter day.  Temps pushing 70 made me decide to fire up the smoker and char some pork. 

I started with a bone in pork shoulder and a little butt rub.







Rubbed it down!

On to the smoker for 4.5 hours.









Charred pork goodness!








All and all a good dinner!
